Where It Began
Rooftop started in India with a simple goal: to make creativity feel close. We learned directly from Indian artists whose crafts were shaped by generations of practice and cultural memory, bringing their work to people through sessions that felt warm, personal, and rooted in real tradition.
Growing Beyond Borders
As more learners joined from different countries, Rooftop expanded into a creative multiverse. Hands-on experiences, courses, artworks, and cultural worlds began to come together in one space, opening doors to new ways of learning and creating.

A Note from the Founder

For seven+ years, I've immersed myself in the art and culture space, traveling over 150 days each year to meet artists and stakeholders on the ground. I've seen the tremendous value in Indian artists and indigenous art forms, but also in creativity as a whole globally.
Along the way, one thing became obvious. Creativity doesn't survive on talent alone, it survives on access. Artists don't just need appreciation, they need visibility, opportunity, and a community that values the work behind the work. And people don't just want to watch creativity, they want to feel close to it and take part in it.
That's why I'm proud to present Rooftop as the space where passion meets interests in its multiverse form, empowering creators and connecting them with the world.
